Pepper is catching up with her room mate, Willow, after not seeing her for a while due to conflicting schedules. Pepper starts explaining her break up with Rock and that she was worried about his silent reaction due to his volatile behavior in the past.

Eerily enough not too long after Willow has left for work Pepper’s ex, Rock, shows up unannounced and uninvited. “What are you doing here?” Pepper stammers jumping up from the bed startled by Rock’s presence.

“Have you changed you mind yet? It’s been four days! I’ve put up with your shit for four months now and you’re NOT going to play me!” Rock declares.

Pepper is over her short-lived relationship with Rock and wants to move forward but as Rock is backing her into a corner she gets into fight-or-flight mode and smacks him across the face and starts hitting him over and over, Rock cowers at first but then his rage slowly grows and he throws Pepper on the bed and flips her onto her belly climbing on top of her and wrapping a thin cord around the front of her neck and pulling back as tight as he can.

Pepper is kicking and moving about the bed trying to break free from her ex’s deadly grip on her own life. Pepper is gurgling scratching his forearms trying to get free but without air her energy is slipping from her and she takes her last breath in the clutches of her menacing and treacherous ex.
